Infrastructure and projects
The areas in which Alexander Reuter is particularly engaged have, since his work as inhouse counsel to ThyssenKrupp, always included infrastructure and industrial projects both in Germany and internationally, for example in the energy sector or in respect of industrial investments.

- Drafting and negotiating all types of project contracts
- Embedding and coordination of the project documentation with financing and accounting structures
