REUTER Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH does not take part in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so (general notification obligation in accordance with Sec. 36 VSBG).

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the option of out-of-court dispute resolution at the locally competent bar association (in accordance with Sec. 73 para. 2 no. 3 in conjunction with Sec. 73 para. 5 BRAO) or at the arbitration board of the legal profession (Sec. 191f BRAO) of the Federal Bar Association.
